- The applicant must have experience of Industrial Engineering in woven tops and bottom manufacturing company.
- Must have good knowledge about Operation bulletin, Costing, Thread consumption.
- Must have good knowledge about productivity and efficiency calculation for upcoming order confirmation.
- Must have good knowledge about capacity study, time study, motion study, method study, Production study.
- Must have good knowledge about NPT, SMV, line balancing, skill matrix, OT control and upskilling.
- Must have good knowledge about all types of machines and folder requirements as per plan style.
- Must have good knowledge about how to control line WIP, reduced DHU and all kinds of wastage.
- Must have good knowledge about several types of SOP, root causes analysis and risk analysis.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
