∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Factory HR operations and Administration, Safety and Security Management, Safety compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure security at factory premises to protect assets and employee
∎ Maintain congenial working environment in factory premises by arranging adequate drinking water, snacks, proper ventilation, light, cleaning services, stocking, gardening etc.
∎ Ensure Safety at workplace by following standard safety practices. (safety equipment, first aid box, maintain accident register, fire extinguisher, safety committee)
∎ Ensure utility & Service support (electricity, gas, staff canteen, furniture & fixture, pantry items, repair & maintenance, stationery, workers uniform etc.) to run factory smoothly
∎ Housekeeping and keep net and cleaning factory premises and wash room all times
∎ Transport Management & Event management
∎ Maintain relations with the office of factory inspector, labour inspector, Dept. of Environment, local law enforcement body and other Govt. Stake holders.
∎ Ensuring availability of licenses (Factory Licenses, Trade license, fire license, Environment license, Factory layout, building layout, machineries layout.)
∎ Prepare different types of report (security, expenses management, incident etc.)
∎ Maintains compliance issues as per labor law
∎ Perform any other admin functions as assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Accident Incident management, investigation, take proactive approach to reduce accident.
∎ Ensure salary generation in due time, OT & overstay allowances, bonus & other benefits, health insurance, reward & punishment etc. for employees in line of company policy.
∎ Budget Control for factory HR activities.
∎ Monitoring workplace hygiene & housekeeping management.
∎ Ensure Safety at workplace by following standard safety practices. (safety equipment, first aid box, maintain accident register, fire extinguisher).
∎ To help in ensuring EMS & QMS in factory level.
∎ Maintaining different registers (leave, maternity, training, accident, safety equipment) and service book as per labor law, submitting different monthly reports to management & department head.
∎ Conduct end to end worker recruitment & selection process as per policy & procedure and to ensure & placing right and competent work forces.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates have to stay nearby factory.
∎ Candidate should have knowledge about manpower management, Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & 2015, grievance handling of employees, knowledge about admin functions.
∎ Ability to work under pressures.
∎ Will have to work for long hours and in holidays.
