Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Payroll Officer experienced in Logic Software for Sweater Factory.
∎ Job Location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
∎ Perform day-to-day payroll activities in Logic Software in a Sweater Factory.
∎ Updating and maintaining payroll records.
∎ Prepare daily late, absent, not out punch, and early exit lists and follow up daily attendance of all workers.
∎ Provide necessary supports/services related to compensation & benefits.
∎ Fulfill queries from both the audit and accounts department on compensation & Benefit (C&B) issues.
∎ Calculate all workers’ salary and audit & tax of the expatriate.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
