Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in BIFT
∎ Candidates having a third division / class or a GPA / CGPA less than 2.0 at any level of his / her academic achievement are not eligible to apply.
∎ Skills Required: Buyer Handling, Garments Marketing, Head of marketing, RMG Merchandising, Sweater Marketing, Sweater Merchandising

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sweater Marketing, Sweater Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Sweater Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ New business development & promotion with direct Buyer countries/region like Latin America, Scandinavian, Russian, Korean & Japanese Market having good CM/FOB price.
∎ Procure/Source order for off season like November to March production & shipment having good CM/FOB price
∎ Source/Procure buyer/order to meet the factory production capacity round the year.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiate with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Oversee production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
∎ Monitoring the status of all types of approval for bulk production.
∎ Oversee supply chain & background linkage management very smartly.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to time and action plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Follow up with planning, production & commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Meet the objectives and target of the marketing & merchandising department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have merchandising experience in a sweater factory / garment buying office or Retail Company.
∎ Good knowledge of yarn, accessories, fashion trends etc.
∎ Exceptional business writing skills and can visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Expertise on Microsoft office applications.
∎ Proactive, independent and result oriented.
∎ Ability to handle workload and manage multiple tasks at a time under stressed environment.
