• Qualification may be relaxed in case of exceptionally good in relevant work.
• Any foreign working experience/degree/training will be given preference.
• Minimum 8 years in Production.
• Good command over computer applications /MS OFFICE.
• Good leadership qualities with excellent skills on training and skill imparting.
• Should be strong communication/negotiation skills.
• Should be sound knowledge across all kinds of Garments.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability.

We are looking for a Manager Production for EPZ based company located in Narayanganj of a well renowned group.

• Ability to self-plan and execution.
• Ability to Calculate SMV, Efficiency, Target setup, DHU, CPM and Line cost per day.
• Ability to ensure proper line balancing and minimizing OT.
• Ability to ensure line set up as per operation bulletin.
• Ability to ensure zero changeover time in case of style change.
• Ability to improve individual worker efficiency as well as motion and operation development.
• Ability to ensure maximize RFT & standardize MMR.
• Ability to minimize the Factory cost.
• Ability to Manage and track customer orders.
• Ability to build up a team work.Ensure on time delivery/leader ship for delivery meeting.
• Ability to Monitor daily input, output & WIP. 
• Ability to improve individual worker efficiency.
• Ensure line connectivity and proper production line plan (Sewing/ Washing/Finishing).
• Ability to closely monitoring line wise efficiency and plan vs. actual output.
• Ability to manage order Tracking from raw material to customer delivery.
• Ability to handle customer visit.
• Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
