Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to do manpower planning with Factory In-charge with proper justification and to carry out recruitment by monthly basis.
∎ Co-ordinate with central HR for taking approval from management for monthly manpower requisition purpose
∎ Conduct end to end worker recruitment & selection process as per policy & procedure and to ensure & placing right and competent workforces.
∎ Monitoring & controlling of attendance, overtime and compensatory offs of employees.
∎ Daily monitoring & controlling of manpower (in sense of habits, activities, attitudes) of whole factory.
∎ To look after employee welfare issues and arrange different employee engagement program.
∎ Ensure local security supports for factory workers.
∎ Engage in discussion with employees to gather feedback, forecast retention and to motivate employees when necessary.
∎ Daily & weekly productivity analysis for utilizing right number & right manpower in production floors by checking out deficiencies or obstacles that reduce effectiveness and efficiencies.
∎ Keep records of production plan, target achievement in relation to manpower utilization in floors.
∎ Ensure salary generation in due time, OT & overstay allowances, bonus & other benefits, health insurance, reward & punishment etc. for employees in line of company policy.
∎ Budget Control for factory HR activities.
∎ Monitoring workplace hygiene & housekeeping management.
∎ Ensure Safety at workplace by following standard safety practices. (safety equipment, first aid box, maintain accident register, fire extinguisher).
∎ To help in ensuring EMS & QMS in factory level.
∎ Maintaining different registers (leave, maternity, training, accident, safety equipment) and service book as per labor law, submitting different monthly reports to management & department head.
∎ To maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates etc.
∎ Ensure company policies and procedures are being meticulously followed.
∎ Provide supports in administrative works in absence of Admin personnel.
∎ Developing, reviewing and improving HR systems, policies & procedures.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have knowledge about manpower management, Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & 2015, grievance handling of employees, knowledge about admin functions.
∎ Have to stay nearby factory.
∎ Ability to work under pressures.
∎ Will have to work for long hours and in holidays.

Salary: Negotiable
