∎ Sound knowledge related to Labor Law & Compliance will get preference
∎ Familiarity with administrative tasks and responsibilities Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
∎ Leadership and coaching skills Attention to detail and analytically drive
∎ Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, payroll and human resources software.
∎ Sound knowledge related to Labor Law & Compliance will get preference

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to Business strategy for IT Department
∎ Prepare Organogram with analysis and taking approval from Top Management.
∎ Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for required positions
∎ Collaborates with departmental head to understand skills and competencies required for openings, conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verification
∎ Execute new hire employee's orientation plan and employee recognition programs, sharing HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
∎ Check & support employees; daily attendance, Leave and other issues. Prepare several reports accordingly also.
∎ Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations
∎ Performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale, training and development
∎ Ensure daily HR operations like collaboration with different stakeholder, issued several letters, ensure employee welfare issues, mitigate departmental quarries, attend meeting etc
∎ Manage the organization employee database and prepare different type of reports
∎ Create and follow up final settlement for all type of separated employees. Collecting employee competency and setting up different training based on business requirements
∎ Any other task assign by the Management
