∎ Work experience in the manufacturing industry e.g. Polybags, Packaging and Garment
∎ Accessories will be preferable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR, EHS, Health & Safety, Environment and Occupational Health.
∎ Internal Auditor course ISO 14001: 2015 will be an added advantage.
∎ ZDHC Chemical training course will be an added advantage.
∎ Chemical Management system will be an added advantage.
∎ HIGG FEM Knowledgeable.
∎ Well conversant about Bangladesh labor law 2006 and Bangladesh labor rules 2015.
∎ Up to date with the latest Environmental trends and best practices.
∎ Experience in handling talent acquisition and HR operations.
∎ Capable of working on datasheets/ checklists/ reports prepare in MS Word, Excel,
∎ PowerPoint, and e-mail communication.
∎ Skills: Punctual, Transparent, Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, AnalyticalKnowledge.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop plant-level HR, Health, Safety, Environment manual, related procedures, guidelines, forms, and checklists following the HHS & E policy/guidelines and assist plant management for its implementation.
∎ Establish a system to train all workers/staff/employees on Environmental, Safety and protection on a demonstration basis to ensure mission success.
∎ Monitor all operational processes and procedures using the HHS & E compliance management system to ensure the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
∎ Perform a Training Need Analysis (TNA), train and educate staff on HHS & E topics to keep them informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines and maintain training records.
∎ Maintain documentation of grievances, Environmental records and data.
∎ Assist to ensure fullest implementation of industry and labor low.
∎ Assist to develop, review, periodically update, publish and implement applicable compliance policies as per local law & different stakeholder requirements.
∎ Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements.
∎ Liaise with and undertake needful initiatives for Compliance Audit firms, and other related offices/ stakeholders to ensure compliance standards are practice in place.
∎ Prepare internal audit plan, conduct internal audit as per schedule and report to management regarding the improvement of the system.
