Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain daily attendance and leave records; provide updated data to the central payroll team on time.
∎ Record and update employment-related events like hiring, termination, leaves, and promotions in HR software.
∎ Explain HR policies, procedures, and labor laws to workers, staff, and management.
∎ Facilitate employee hiring processes, including paperwork and background checks.
∎ Inform workers and staff about job duties, benefits, schedules, and promotion opportunities.
∎ Organize and schedule new employee orientations in coordination with the corporate training team.
∎ Conduct exit interviews, prepare reports, and ensure employment conclusion paperwork is completed.
∎ Provide management with training-related reports and support for interviews, appraisals, and performance documentation.
∎ Implement recruitment strategies to meet factory staffing needs and advise on retention programs.
∎ Process new employee paperwork, maintain payroll records, and ensure accurate wage computation.
∎ Address employee relations issues, including complaints and workplace concerns.
∎ Monitor factory housekeeping and report to the corporate HR team.
∎ Oversee the factory opening and closing operations to ensure smooth functioning.
∎ Conduct and update performance evaluations for factory employees.
∎ Forecast workforce requirements and plan accordingly to meet operational needs.
