Responsibilities & Context:
Research global fashion trends, seasonal color palettes, fabrics, and trims.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and seasonal collections for Outerwear & Jersey.
Prepare detailed tech packs including sketches, measurements, and construction details.
Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure design feasibility.
Follow up sample development and ensure design accuracy from concept to final product.
Communicate with buyers regarding design inputs, approvals, and modifications.
Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per design requirements.
Ensure product quality, fitting, and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain design documentation and archives.
