Responsibilities & Context:
Develop outerwear and jersey products from concept to final sample stage.
Analyze tech packs, buyer requirements, and translate them into actionable development plans.
Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Source suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories as per product specifications.
Ensure product feasibility in terms of cost, quality, and bulk production.
Conduct sample reviews, fittings, and necessary modifications.
Maintain T&A (Time & Action) calendar and ensure on-time sample submission.
Communicate with buyers regarding product development updates and approvals.
Work on cost optimization without compromising product quality.
Ensure compliance with buyer standards and company policies.
