Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) from any reputed university is required; candidates from the University of Chittagong (CU) and the University of Dhaka (DU) will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:

Pedrollo invites applications from dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented candidates for overseeing and managing HR & Administration operations at the Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

  • Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, joining formalities, and induction programs.

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee personal files, appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer, promotion, and other HR-related documents.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of attendance, leave, and employee database records.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support

  • Monitor daily attendance, leave records, overtime, and absenteeism reports.

  • Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for payroll inputs, salary processing, and final settlement documentation.

HR Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure implementation of company HR policies, rules, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Maintain compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, company regulations, and statutory requirements.

Performance Management

  • Support KPI, KRA, probation review, performance appraisal, and employee evaluation processes.

  • Maintain appraisal documentation and performance review records.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances, workplace issues, and HR-related concerns in a professional manner.

  • Promote positive employee relations and workplace discipline.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate employee training, skill development programs, and internal workshops.

  • Maintain training calendars and employee development records.

HR Reporting

  • Prepare monthly HR reports including manpower status, attendance summary, turnover report, recruitment updates, and leave analysis for management review.

Administrative Support

  • Support office administration functions as assigned by management, including staff logistics, ID cards, and internal communication.

Other Duties

  • Perform any other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Head of HR / Management from time to time.
