Pedrollo is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional to oversee and manage the digital marketing activities of the company and its other business concerns. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in brand communication, online campaign management, lead generation, and digital growth strategy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s sales and branding objectives.
Plan and execute online campaigns for products, services, showroom activities, dealer networks, and corporate sales promotions.
Social Media Management
Manage the company’s official social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create and publish engaging content such as product promotions, campaign visuals, success stories, and customer testimonials.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
Design and manage digital lead generation campaigns to support dealer points, showroom sales, and corporate sales teams.
Coordinate with sales teams to track, nurture, and convert digital inquiries into business opportunities.
Website & Online Presence
Oversee website content updates, product information, SEO optimization, and landing page development.
Ensure all digital platforms reflect updated product, pricing, and corporate information.
Product Promotion & Brand Communication
Develop digital promotional plans for pumps, motors, water solutions, industrial equipment, and other business verticals.
Support new product launches and campaign rollouts.
Content Development
Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams for creating banners, videos, brochures, reels, and digital advertisements.
Ensure all communication maintains brand consistency.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social insights, and CRM dashboards.
Prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, leads, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
Budget & Vendor Coordination
Manage digital marketing budgets and coordinate with agencies, media partners, and content vendors.
Ensure cost-effective use of digital advertising spend.
Market Trend Analysis
Monitor competitor activities, customer trends, market insights, and emerging digital platforms to improve campaign performance.
Cross-Functional Support
Support digital marketing needs for sister concerns, corporate events, exhibitions, and brand campaigns as assigned by management.
