Good communication skills (English) for buyer interaction.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the entire sample section for Outerwear products.
Execute end-to-end sample development process from Tech Pack analysis to final sample approval.
Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure accurate sample execution.
Interpret buyer requirements and technical specifications effectively.
Maintain direct communication with buyers regarding sample development, comments, and approvals.
Ensure timely development and submission of all types of samples (Proto, Fit, PP, Size Set, etc.).
Monitor sample quality, fitting, and construction to meet buyer standards.
Supervise and develop sample team (pattern, cutting, sewing, finishing).
Ensure proper documentation and sample tracking system.
Troubleshoot technical issues during sample development.
