Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

MBM Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) initiatives and strategic project coordination across group companies. The position will play a key operational role in tracking ESG performance, maintaining structured reporting systems, and ensuring effective coordination between departments and leadership.


Job Responsibilities

ESG Data Collection & Tracking

  • Collect, validate, and consolidate ESG data from factories and departments (energy, water, waste, and social metrics).

  • Maintain structured ESG databases, dashboards, and KPI trackers.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.

Roadmap Execution & Monitoring

  • Track implementation progress of ESG roadmap initiatives across group companies.

  • Follow up with responsible teams to ensure timely completion of assigned actions.

  • Identify delays, bottlenecks, and inconsistencies and report to management.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly and bi-weekly ESG and project progress reports.

  • Support sustainability reporting (GRI framework) through data compilation and formatting.

  • Maintain organized documentation of project files, communications, and reports.

Project Coordination

  • Assist in planning and execution of strategic and donor-funded projects.

  • Coordinate meetings, maintain action trackers, and ensure follow-through.

  • Support project timeline and milestone management.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with Production, HR, Compliance, and Utility teams for data collection and updates.

  • Ensure alignment of information across departments prior to reporting.

Presentation & Communication Support

  • Prepare presentations, charts, dashboards, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in developing ESG communication materials and briefs.
