• Age 30 to 55 years

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Maintenance & Utility operations within a washing plant or garment manufacturing industry.

• Practical experience with Nirapon and RSC compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Good computer skills, especially email communication and reporting.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage technical teams efficiently.

1. Oversee maintenance operations of washing plant machinery, utilities, and supporting equipment.

2. Ensure smooth operation and preventive maintenance of boilers, generators, compressors, pumps, and electrical systems.

3. Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-effective maintenance solutions.

4. Maintain compliance with Nirapon, RSC, and factory safety standards.

5. Coordinate troubleshooting and emergency breakdown maintenance activities.

6. Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and technical documentation.

7. Support factory automation and layout planning using AutoCAD.

8. Communicate effectively through email and computer-based reporting systems.

9. Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and utility personnel.
