Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring all the works of subordinates.
∎ Prepare Organogram with analysis and taking approval from Top Management.
∎ Responsible for overseeing all HR & Admin functions of the Head office & Factory.
∎ Develop HR Policies, Budget & Procedures and ensure its Implementation.
∎ Monitoring recruitment, Salary fixation, issuing appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.
∎ Manage HR functions including office time, leave management, Grievance Management and disciplinary functions effectively.
∎ Overall safety & security matter of the factory.Deployment of security staffs where necessary.
∎ Maintaining all necessary documents, licenses, files, etc.
∎ Communication with BGMEA, Labor Office, , FSCD, UP if needed.
∎ Should be able to manage situation and using problem solving tools by basic knowledge.
∎ Monitoring wastage goods.Preparing all kinds of notice and office orders like Holiday notice, any notice on general affairs, dismissal order, etc.
∎ Monitoring salary/wages payment.Ensure all kinds of health & safety issues within the law & company policy.
∎ Developing and maintaining different HR policies under Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conducts, industry standards, etc.;
∎ To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment, worker's wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.Candidate should have experience in HRM.
∎ Should Be positive, and proactive.
∎ Any other task by the Management. .·
