Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide end-to-end Recruitment support for Talent Acquisition procedures as per timeline
∎ Negotiate with candidates for a win-win situation.
∎ Provide recruitment supports for other SBU’s as per need
∎ Complete the full on boarding process with proper coordination to give new entrants a good experience.
∎ Communicate with different head hunters/third parties for recruitment support whenever required.
∎ Conduct reference checks of all permanent employees as per guideline and practice.
∎ Ensure the resignation process of employees are smoothly managed.
∎ Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place for all permanent staff of SHL.HRBP Support:
∎ Conduct HRBP support for selected departments by providing necessary support, coordination and consultation.
∎ Receive queries and issues from employees and provide solution.
∎ Disseminate information for any strategic alignment of HR issue
∎ Attend and solve employee grievances when needed
∎ Assist in preparing KPI for individual employees
∎ Coordinate performance management for SHL Employees
∎ Assist L&D Lead for conducting Training Sessions
∎ Identify potential successor and work with OD team
∎ Assist OD Lead for conducting Developmental Initiative
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management for business interest time to time.
∎ Recruitment:•
