Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent command of MS Project (knowledge of Primavera is a plus)
∎ Good technical understanding of civil construction acquired as a construction engineer
∎ Good ability to read & review drawings
∎ Good command of English and ability to write minutes of meetings and reports
∎ Proficient with MS Word and Excel
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills and good reporting skills with management

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review periodically the cost of the project and the cash flows to ensure that the project is within budget at all times. Highlight and escalate any anticipated cost increase and mitigate risks with proactive solutions to the management.
∎ Conducting pre-procurement surveys and providing technical advice on the purchase of new interior equipment systems to ensure these fit the required project requirement.
∎ Review the change order and need modification request through a standard rate analysis across all packages from contractors, through the QS/Const Manager after reconciliation and recommend for the validity of the change order.
∎ Vendor/Contractors management, close co-ordination with all the contractors, Consultants, OEM vendors for timely delivery of the project·
∎ Streamlining existing interior designs on innovative/modern technology stack·
∎ Spearheading functions for timely project delivery·
∎ Site operations·
∎ Weekly review with site team and contractors for mile stone completions·
∎ Monitoring and coordination with Site team for timely and quality works for civil·
∎ Managing and motivating internal & external project stakeholders·
∎ Architecting & leading furniture solution design for pricing & promoting new product developments·
∎ Steering inspections/ final checks; evaluating internal control systems with a view to highlight the shortcomings before handing over to operations·
∎ Verifying reports of technical problems to conclude trends affecting future installation, service and maintenance processes and devising measures to eliminate future problems.
∎ Monitor billing - as directed in the SOP, track bill submission, certification and payments to ensure that cash flow projections are met, vendors are paid on time.
