Skills Required:

  • Experienced in high-rise commercial construction.

  • Familiarity or understanding of construction within a Building Information Model (BIM) environment.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Take ownership of specific projects and ensure their successful execution, encompassing all residential, commercial, and construction projects.

  • Lead the Heads of Projects/Project Managers, representatives from user departments, and others concerned to arrive at the best and most efficient solutions.

  • Implement highly effective time management strategies across all projects, emphasizing, rigorous monitoring and control measures to ensure on-time delivery of all projects, consistently meeting customer satisfaction benchmarks.

  • Ensure that all project works are completed with quality standards, absolute safety, on time, efficient manner, project budgets, and control costs.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, oversee project activities to ensure alignment with master project milestones, and review monthly Projects Progress Reports (PPR)

  • Ensure and maintain strong coordination with all project stakeholders, including SCM, P&C, Logistics, CS, and others, to proactively prevent delays, defects, inactivity, and to promote the smooth progress of construction projects.

  • Allocate resources within projects to meet deadlines & objectives and follow up with HR to deploy at the right time.

  • Evaluate training needs of the existing engineering team and arrange necessary training periodically and action training and development programming in conjunction with the human resources department to meet company's business objectives.

  • Ensure and facilitate meetings at the project site office, bringing together engineers and relevant contractors to oversee and promote knowledge sharing among project teams.

  • Carry out any other jobs, as assigned by management.
