• B.Sc at least 12-14 year(s).

• Diploma at least 15-18 year(s).

• Public University graduates shall be preferred.

• The applicants should have experience in related field and position.

• Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).

• Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Bangla.

• Having experience in RHD / LGED projects.

• Conduct engineering surveys for the selected roads and other structures including Box girder and PC girder bridges etc.

• Provide inputs into the design process prepare the Bill of Quantities as per the final design drawings and calculate the final quantities.

• Having experience in piling work.

• Assess the work activities for which labour-based construction methods are appropriate and for those sections for which heavy machinery is appropriate, establish a cost estimate for the rehabilitation and construction works for roads & bridges.

• Make any necessary changes to the design drawings as per the site conditions.

• Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet the highest standards.

• Review the contractor's work programmers, resource, schedule and project implementation plans and ensure that the contractors/site supervisors comply with their work plans and complete the work within the specified time frame.

• Assess and evaluate the contractor's performance and resources.

• Liaison with governmental organizations on any issue that arises.
