• 2 to 5 years

• BSC in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage site engineers, supervisors, and workers efficiently.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex construction environments.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and construction project management tools.

• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple project tasks, and meet strict deadlines.

• Must be responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high construction quality standards.

• Lead, supervise, and control all construction activities ensuring strict compliance with approved drawings, engineering standards, and safety regulations.

• Prepare, review, and verify project drawings, BOQ, work schedules, cost estimations, and technical reports.

• Monitor overall site progress, manpower productivity, and material utilization to ensure project completion within the defined timeline and budget.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control of construction materials and workmanship according to approved specifications.

• Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal management for smooth project execution.

• Identify engineering risks, technical errors, or design issues and implement immediate corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, reports, and compliance records.

• Ensure strict implementation of construction safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements at the project site.
