Responsibilities & Context:

1. Plan & perform preventive breakdown maintenance of machinery, utilities, and production equipment.

2. Responsible for overall Electrical wiring Designs, Drawings and implementation as per supervisor instruction.

3. knowledge about BNBC/RSC/ NIRAPON/SOCIAL COMPLIANCE.

4. Ensure compliance with safety rules, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

5. Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, and records.

6. Knowledge of electrical maintenance, garments factory, utilities, fire safety, and overall plant operations.

7. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction in maintenance operations.

8. Oversee maintenance of boilers, air compressors, HVAC systems, pumps, Auto cutter and other utility systems.

9. Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety standards (e.g., boiler safety, pressure vessel regulations).

10. Conduct safety audits of Electrical & mechanical equipment and rectify issues proactively.

11. Provide weekly/monthly reports to senior management on machine performance, breakdown analysis, and project progress.

12. Good Knowledge in RSC, Elevate, LEED & Social Compliance Requirement.

13. Provide Daily/weekly reports to senior reporting on machine performance, breakdown analysis, and project progress.

14. Good Knowledge About SLD,ELD, LPS,Insulation, Earthing System.
