• Should be capable to accomplish all tasks of the Accounts & Finance Department of the group as a leader.

• Overseeing daily business operations.

• Developing & implementing growth strategies.

• Training low-level managers and staff.

• Creating & Managing Budget.

• Evaluating performance and productivity.

• Analyzing accounting and financial data.

• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.

• Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.

• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

• Maintain the financial health of the organization.

• Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.

• Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.

• Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.

• High ethical standards are essential when dealing with financial transactions, data, and sensitive information.

• Identifying potential financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them is important for ensuring the company`s financial stability.

• Staying up-to-date with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements is crucial to avoid legal issues.
