Review and study sanitary and plumbing drawings and ensure installations are executed according to approved designs and standards.

Perform basic plumbing system calculations including reservoir capacity, septic tank sizing, pump capacity, water flow, system pressure, and rainwater drainage.

Supervise plumbing pipe laying, drainage systems, and duct provisions during slab casting and construction stages.

Inspect plumbing installations in toilets, verandas, ducts, and drainage systems to ensure quality and compliance.

Monitor installation of water supply, wastewater, soil, and rainwater drainage systems.

Verify plumbing pipe specifications and ensure compliance with project design and plumbing codes.

Conduct pressure testing of plumbing and LPG pipelines and maintain proper documentation.

Inspect septic tanks, soak wells, reservoirs, and pump installations to ensure proper functionality and connections.

Ensure proper slope, pipe inlet/outlet levels, and leak-free plumbing systems in all apartments.

Troubleshoot plumbing issues and ensure effective solutions during construction and before project handover.

Coordinate with MEP team and report progress of plumbing installations.
