Job Context:

We are a reputed Manpower Recruitment Company specializing in overseas and local

recruitment services. To strengthen our operational and client servicing capacity, we are looking for a highly competent and experienced Manager – Procurement (Mechanical Engineer) who will oversee procurement operations, vendor management, technical evaluation, and coordination with international clients.

The ideal candidate must have a Mechanical Engineering background and strong experience in procurement, especially related to manpower recruitment and overseas project requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall procurement activities of the company.

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and service providers.

• Prepare comparative statements (CS) and procurement reports.

• Coordinate with overseas clients regarding technical manpower requirements.

• Analyze technical specifications and support recruitment team for proper candidate sourcing.

• Maintain vendor database and develop new supplier networks.

• Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.

• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations.

• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policy.

• Work closely with accounts, store and operations department.

• Assist management in strategic procurement planning.

• Support recruitment team in technical screening if required.

• Maintain regular client communication and coordination through social media platforms when necessary.
