Responsibilities & Context:
CAN-BUS communication and troubleshooting
Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy construction machinery (excavators, cranes, batching plants, etc.) and light vehicles.
Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement systems to reduce equipment breakdowns and ensure continuous, smooth operations.
SOP & Compliance: Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for day-to-day mechanical activities and fabrication.
Reporting: Generate data-driven analysis and progress reports for management review.
Inventory Control: Monitor store levels to prevent overstock or understock, ensuring essential spare parts are always available.
Team Support: Assist the Department Head in achieving organizational goals and providing prompt technical support to project sites.
