Responsibilities & Context:
One Direction Companies Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and managing construction and infrastructure projects to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and supervise construction projects including buildings, infrastructure, and other civil works.
Oversee daily site activities to ensure work is progressing according to project plans and schedules.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
Manage project budgets, materials, and resources efficiently.
Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
