Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Newspaper/Magazine, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

• Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Architecture

• 12 to 16 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Newspaper/Magazine, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

• Age 41 to 48 years
• Only Male

• Technical support / handling of all structural & architectural consultants

• Directing and monitoring structural designer & CAD operators

• Regular meeting with Design advisor and management to follow up;

• Frequently visits with the project monitoring team and reporting to the management;

• Provide all type of agreements for consultants related to building construction;

• Bill & voucher checking for stage of works for consultants

• Ensure of detail design, reinforcement placing before the casting of every stage of work

• Checking and correction of structural drawings of consultants

• Software and manual analysis of building using ETABS, STAAD. Pro and other software

• Ensure the detailing of design as per BNBC code.

• Design of sudden structural patch work / rectification work (minor) arising from the project;

• Soil report analysis for design;

• Any other task assigned time to time from management
