Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and experienced professional to join our team as a Transport Officer. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing transportation and logistics operations, including vehicle scheduling, route planning, maintenance coordina-tion, and driver supervision. A strong focus on efficiency, cost control, and regulatory compliance is essential. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth and safe movement of goods and personnel in alignment with the company's operational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily transport operations and ensure the efficient movement of goods and personnel.

• Maintain and manage the company's fleet, ensuring regular servicing, maintenance, and documentation.

• Plan and coordinate vehicle schedules, routes, and driver assignments to optimize performance and reduce operational costs.

• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and overall vehicle utilization.

• Ensure compliance with transport laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Supervise and train drivers to maintain discipline, safety, and timely operations.

• Coordinate with vendors, workshops, and insurance companies for maintenance, repair, and claim processing.

• Maintain accurate transport records, logs, and reports for management review.

• Collaborate with management and provide timely updates on transport issues and improvements.

Compensation Package:
