• Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• 15 to 24 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

Must have at least 15 years of work experience in the relevant field.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop project plans, define scope, and provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams.

• Financial & Resource Management: Manage budgets, project P&L, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.

• Operational Oversight: Monitor construction progress, quality control, and safety standards.

• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with government authorities, clients, and partners.

• Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. 

• Having experience in RHD / LGED projects.

• Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6), strong leadership, and communication skills.
