Civil Engineer (Project In-Charge)

Job Responsibilities

·        Take overall responsibility for site execution of a multi-storied residential construction project.

·        Implement structural and architectural works as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.

·        Supervise daily construction activities and ensure quality control of structure, finishing, and materials.

·        Coordinate and monitor works of structural, electrical, plumbing, electromechanical, and generator installations.

·        Ensure project timeline, safety standards, and construction best practices are maintained.

·        Verify site measurements, running bills, and construction cost-related documentation.

·        Plan and manage site manpower and work schedules.

·        Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.

Educational Requirements

·        B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.

·        Must have hands-on experience in multi-storied residential building construction (structure & finishing).

·        Experience in real estate / developer companies is preferred.

·        Must be willing to work on-site in Chittagong.
