🔧 Job Vacancy: Maintenance In-Charge (Aluminium Extrusion)

We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance In-Charge to lead maintenance operations for our Aluminium Plant. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in hydraulic systems and extrusion machinery maintenance.

Position: Maintenance In-Charge
Industry: Aluminium Profile Manufacturing
Location: Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of aluminium extrusion machines.

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, pumps, cylinders, valves, and pressure control systems.

• Ensure smooth operation of extrusion presses, billet heaters, and auxiliary equipment.

• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

• Lead maintenance team and ensure minimum downtime of production machines.

• Monitor hydraulic pressure systems, PLC signals, sensors, and safety interlocks.

• Coordinate with production team for efficient machine performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Aluminium Extrusion Machines.

• Expert knowledge in Hydraulic systems, pumps, manifolds, valves, and cylinders.

• Ability to troubleshoot high-pressure extrusion systems and mechanical failures.

• Experience with preventive maintenance planning.

• Leadership experience in managing a maintenance team in manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma / BSc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

• Experience in extrusion press maintenance will be highly preferred.
