• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Proficient in structural design and drawing of both RCC and Steel structures in accordance with BNBC, NFPA, ACCORD (RSC), Alliance (Nirapon), etc.

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and structural analysis software: AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS

• Prior experience obtaining design approvals from DIFE, ACCORD (RSC), Alliance (Nirapon), or any international buyer will be given strong preference.

• Good communication and report-writing skills in both English and Bangla.

• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team under tight deadlines.

•      Perform comprehensive structural analysis and design for RCC and Steel structures in accordance with BNBC and other relevant codes and standards

•      Perform structural analysis, design and documentation as per ACCORD (RSC), Alliance (Nirapon), and NTPA RMG guidelines.

•      Prepare Preliminary and Detail Engineering Assessment (DEA) Reports for both RCC and Steel structures.

•      Produce full design reports and documentation compliant with BNBC, ACCORD (RSC), Alliance (Nirapon), and NTPA RMG standards.

•      Supervise high-rise building construction activities, ensuring structural compliance and safety at all stages.

•      Coordinate with project teams to ensure technical quality, timely delivery, and compliance with client requirements.

•      Conduct or oversee structural testing activities including Ferro Scanning, Hammer Tests, PIT (Pile Integrity Test), and PLT (Pile Load Test).

•      Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and compliance records.
