Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive & make calls to the users.
∎ Capable to handle users' queries/complain instantly. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing users, retaining new users.
∎ Respond to users inquiries in a timely manner and update information with notes for each user
∎ Maintain good relations with customers.
∎ Good command in Microsoft office specially excel for daily reporting.
∎ Roster duty.
∎ Achieve sales target.
∎ Facebook and Instagram page managing activity such as message reply, comment, content writing, content post, post scheduling, story etc.
∎ Basic content design

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have positive attitude.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus
