Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
Familiarity with international construction standards, quality control, and safety requirements.
Knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, resource management, and contract administration.
Understanding of coordination with international clients, consultants, and engineers.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint for presentations, Excel for reporting, and Word for documentation.
Experience in preparing project progress reports and presentations for client meetings.
Experience
Minimum 08–10 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven experience in mega construction projects such as industrial plants, infrastructure, power plants, or large commercial buildings.
Experience working with Japanese engineers, international consultants, or multinational project teams.
Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, and project teams on large construction sites.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English for coordination with international clients and engineers.

Job Summary:
The Project Manager (Construction) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires close coordination with clients, international consultants, engineers, contractors, and site teams.

Duties & Responsibilities as Project Manager:
Plan, organize, and supervise all construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, Japanese/international engineers, and contractors.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
Ensure that the project is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Monitor project costs, resources, and materials to maintain budget control.
Conduct regular site meetings and progress review meetings with stakeholders.
Prepare project presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office tools.
Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to maintain project progress.
Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and technical staff.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and client expectations.
Report project status regularly to company management and client representatives.
Working Conditions:
The Project Manager will primarily work at the construction project site.
Regular coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and international engineers will be required.
The position may require extended working hours depending on project requirements.
Occasional travel to project locations or head office may be required.
