Job Responsibilities
Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as Management decisions.
Prepare effective program planning, implementation & monitoring of project activities.
Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
Review of safety, serviceability, durability and construct-ability with honest & dedication the service.
Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
Preparation & placing of requisition of materials for procurement
Co-ordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors
