Proficiency in 3D MAX and Vray, Lumion, photoshop, illustrator.
Must have experience about Factory Shed/ Building design.
Good knowledge in ventilation & Lighting system
Material knowledge in designing of interior and exterior design.
Expertise on Factory Building / Shed, Corporate Office, Restaurant, Hospital, 3-star/5-star Hotel, Banglow, Mosque, Showroom etc.
Good communication and coordination ability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet dead lines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Planning, design & decision making, detailed working drawings for interior and exterior projects, Factory, Steel Building.
Prepare Architectural Design and Interior Design with Plan, Elevation, and Section & Detail Working drawing & 3D Visualization.
Meeting with top Management & user to design and presentation of a project.
Proficient in 3D presentation with convenient Software.
Realistic rendering.
Managing multiple projects and deadlines concern with departmental head and in-charge Architect.
Maintain correspondence with Structural Designer, Engineers and Contractors to ensure project alignment.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the authority.
