∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Professional training and certification such as PGDHRM is highly preferred.

∎ Minimum 10 years’ of progressively responsible experience in HR management, with a track record of leadership and strategic planning.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.     Strategic HR Planning:·
∎ -Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
∎ -Forecast workforce needs and plan recruitment, retention, and succession strategies.
∎ -Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven decisions.
∎ 2.     Talent Acquisition and Management:·
∎ -Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring it attracts top talent.
∎ -Develop and implement on-boarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively.
∎ -Implement performance management systems to evaluate and develop employee performance.
∎ -Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
∎ 3.     Employee Relations:·
∎ -Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
∎ -Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
∎ -Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
∎ 4.     Compensation and Benefits:·
∎ -Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
∎ -Conduct salary surveys and analyze market trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
∎ -Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.
∎ 5.     HR Administration:·
∎ -Oversee HR administration tasks such as employee records management, HRIS maintenance, and compliance reporting.
∎ -Ensure HR processes are efficient and effective, implementing automation and process improvements where possible.
∎ -Manage employee relations documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
∎ 6.     Administrative Functions:·
∎ -Supervise administrative staff and functions such as facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor relationships.
∎ -Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
∎ -Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the HR and administration department.
∎ 7.     Leadership and Development:·
∎ -Provide leadership and direction to the HR and administration team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
∎ -Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
∎ -Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and administration and recommend innovative approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness.
∎ 8.     Stakeholder Engagement:·
∎ -Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to align HR and administration initiatives with organizational goals.
∎ -Act as a liaison between employees and management, advocating for employee needs and concerns.
∎ -Represent the organization in HR-related matters with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies, industry associations, and professional networks.
