∎ Should have experience in sheet metal processing, stainless steel polishing etc.
∎ Should have knowledge about Die, Mold, manufacturing process.
∎ Should have knowledge of current trends, materials and innovations within the design.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Model Launching of new products like : Cookware, Hotpot, Electric Cookers etc.
∎ Responsible for Applied Research & Development related work for Cookware, Hotpot, Electric Cookers etc.
∎ To Innovate, develop and implement new technology for Cookware, Hotpot and Electric Cooker etc.
∎ Market analysis to develop a competitive product lineup.
∎ RM and Testing parameter preparation related work.
∎ Analysis of Business and Product Value, Project Feasibility Analysis about Cookware, Hotpot and Electric Cooker etc.
∎ Prepare training sessions about R&I, QC, process, Marketing & Production topics related to Pressure Cooker.
∎ Responsible for Model Launching of new products like : Cookware, Hotpot, Electric Cookers etc.
∎ Responsible for Applied Research & Development related work for Cookware, Hotpot, Electric Cookers etc.
