∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Proven track record of working in MBO based KRA & KPI in the Manufacturing industry.
∎ Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
∎ Proven track record of working in MBO based KRA & KPI in the Manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create High Performance Culture in the factory through continuous performance monitoring.
∎ Maintain & update Factory’s organogram as per manpower planning.
∎ Conduct manpower analysis of overall factory considering optimum production quantity & skill set.
∎ Develop competency based Role Profile for all positions of Factory.
∎ Implement MBO based KRA & KPI at Factory.
∎ Set target/KPI, develop measures, follow up & administer the systems to shape performance of team & individual in close coordination with HODs.
∎ Follow-up & evaluate Individual KPI and generate performance report.
∎ Revise KPI periodically as Employee Change, Job Rotation, Business Demand, Management Requirement, etc.
∎ Develop capacity through conducting/organizing Training programs as per demand (Soft skills, Technical & Compliance).
∎ Ensure on-time OD, HR Operations & Project Jobs assigned by management.
