∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
∎ Diploma in Design with highly experienced in same field

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 year experience needed in related position.
∎ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing.
∎ Ability to receive, interpret and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into design work.
∎ Layout and Scale photos, marking them for proper screen values for print reproduction.
∎ Performs related duties as required.
∎ Ability to do upper mark creative designs from beginning to end.
∎ Design Knowledge on Digital and Print Media.
∎ Visit to factory and Market as per requirement.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create tableware Design as per requirements for local and international clients.
∎ Communicate with factory to develop Tableware Sample as per requirements.
∎ Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes Management, creative supervisor, marketing and product relevant team in order to complete the design process.
∎ Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated Brand perception.
∎ Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
∎ Product photoshoot and retouching to complete the process.
∎ Product packaging and design.
∎ Star Porcelain Limited is one of the largest tableware ceramics industries in Bangladesh. It is an export-oriented organization. Joint venture with Lebanon, Luxembourg and France. Most of the products have been exported to America, Europe and other countries in the world. We are looking for a suitable candidate for the following position:
