Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leading and supervising a team of decorators, providing guidance and support as needed.
∎ Collaborating with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure seamless coordination throughout the decoration process.
∎ Goal setting with organizational objectives.
∎ Developing and implementing new decoration techniques to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the tableware.
∎ Optimizing the production process to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Training and mentoring new decorators, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in decoration techniques.
∎ Setting and maintaining high-quality standards for all decorated products.
∎ Ensure production quantity with on time delivery.
∎ Time management & Manpower requisitions.
∎ Assessment/ evaluating the performance of workers.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
