∎ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing.
∎ Ability to receive, interpret and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into design work.
∎ Layout and Scale photos, marking them for proper screen values for print reproduction.
∎ Ability to do upper mark creative designs from beginning to end.
∎ Design Knowledge on Digital and Print Media.
∎ Visit to factory & market as per requirement.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create tableware Design as per requirements for local and international clients.
∎ Communicate with factory to develop Tableware Sample as per requirements.
∎ Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes Management, creative supervisor, marketing and product relevant team in order to complete the design process.
∎ Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated Brand perception.
∎ Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
∎ Product photoshoot and retouching to complete the process.
∎ Product packaging and design.
∎ Create tableware Design as per requirements for local and international clients.
∎ Communicate with factory to develop Tableware Sample as per requirements.
