∎ Must have IAB membership.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Team player, self-motivated, positive attitude, result-oriented and work independently.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Specialization in the design, construction, and management of high-quality industrial and commercial properties.
∎ Experience in auto CAD 2D&3D, 3Ds max/ sketchUp with good V-Ray skills, Revit, photoshop, illustrator and other upgraded interior software.
∎ Knowledge regarding government approval drawings like building approval, layout approval, and custom bonded area layout.
∎ Experience in planning interior design for industrial entities, office, and commercial spaces is a plus.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of design excellence, functionality and sustainability.
∎ Monitor project progress, identify design-related issues or challenges and provide timely solutions and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Knowledge of raw materials that are used for modern furniture and interiors.
∎ Knowledge of the bill of materials/BOQ for architectural items.
