Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking experienced candidates with a background in dyeing factory. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing the entire dyeing process to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Monitoring dyeing production schedules and coordinating with relevant departments to meet targets.
Ensuring proper shade matching, color fastness, and chemical usage according to customer requirements.
Implementing and maintaining process improvements for cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
Leading and developing the dyeing team to achieve departmental goals.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
