Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from BUTEX or any other renowned University,
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 12 year(s) Dyeing Quality.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to follow up the dyeing sample quality (PP sample and counter sample) as maintaining the Buyer requirement the existing product quality.
∎ For buyer's having lab tests report batch wise of color fastness, shrinkage/twisting, GSM, Hand feel, recovery, Appearance against approved Standard.
∎ To ensure the shade through reviewing the approval to bulk.
∎ To overall follow up the fabrics quality and delivery to cutting after reviewing with Buyer STD.
∎ Identify the problems, analyse the root cause and share with production people fix rectification or commercial solutions as an urgent basis.
∎ Give technical decisions to dyeing finishes for any fail reports and improving quality further when required.
∎ Responsible to handle the Buyer representative and try to fulfill their demand as per maintaining the existing product quality.
∎ Collecting Grey QC batch reports and responsible to inform of any issues superior to quality problems of Grey fabrics from knitting.
∎ To control the under controlled manpower and train them regarding existing quality.
∎ To follow and coordinate with cutting debt. Dia, GSM, Shade, Dyeing faults, Knitting faults to minimize short quantity of cutting Dept.
∎ For QMS each month we prepare the data, analyses, root causes and take corrective action plan
∎ To follow up the GPQ system, QMS as any findings will have not been tracked out during material team/QC visit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Dyeing.
∎ Dyeing capacity 25 ton.
