Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Mawna, Sreepur, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
∎ Maintain employee records (attendance, turnover data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
∎ Communicate with BGMEA/BKMEA, ACCORD/RCS, Fire & Civil Defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station etc.
∎ To monitor training /awareness on a regular basis.
∎ Assist to develop and sustain ACCORD standards.
∎ Assist forming HR rules/ policies and implement the same
∎ Developed and implement an annual agenda for Admin & HR strategy.
∎ Responsible to provide information and reports on data such as staff and worker turnover.
∎ Co-ordinate recruitment through management and recruitment team/Admin & HR team.
∎ Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date, create new JDs as and when necessary
∎ Deal with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way
∎ Coordinate with Top Management for the development and implementation of day by day operation and all strategic programs.
∎ To look after daily organized house-keeping of all factory & total premises through all admin officers, cleaning supervisors, cleaners.
∎ Provide full support to production team for maximum production
∎ Handle of legal, disciplinary matter, final settlement activities as per Labor Law-2006, 2013, 2018 and Labor Rules-2015. Monitor & follow-up different licenses, court cases, and workers grievance related issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Housekeeping, Public Relation, Safety and Security Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments/Composite Factory.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006 as amended in 2015, Factories Act-1979, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law-2003 and ILO Convention Relevant on RMG sector in Bangladesh.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ Knowledge of organization, operating procedures, and policies of the human resource department.
∎ Relevant computer software (ERP) applications knowledge
