Experience:

A project under the Department of Roads and Highways of the Government of Bangladesh: Bangladesh Road Safety Project (BRSP) is being implemented by a reputed organization in a joint effort. Duty Station: Central Office with operational coverage across Dhaka City Corporation.
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, deployment, and management of Medical Assistant-cum-Riders.

• Lead workforce planning, shift scheduling, leave tracking, replacement planning, and service readiness across assigned zones.

• Ensure compliance with first-aid, trauma-care, safety, and digital reporting protocols linked to the ICT platform.

• Coordinate with the Call Center to maintain real-time dispatch support and field service continuity.

• Conduct performance reviews, refresher training, and service improvement activities for urban bike ambulance operations.
