• Diploma in Electrical

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized educational institution.

• Minimum CGPA - 3.00

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age At most 40 years

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in Real Estate/Developer sector.

• Experience in Real Estate or Developer sectors.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and computer office management.

• Knowledge of MEP methods and materials in construction projects.

• Ability to read and interpret Electrical drawings, as well as conduct necessary calculations (Load calculation, CB and cable sizing, etc).

• Familiarity with quality control standards and site inspection procedures.

• Understanding of safety regulations and building codes.

• Basic knowledge of estimation and BOQ preparation.

• Material planning, tracking, and inventory control.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Communication skills in English & Bangla will be an advantage.

• Availability of following qualifications will be given preference:

  • Clear understanding of electrification board work procedures (DESCO, DPDC, REB, Etc.)

  • Basic Knowledge in Fire Protection Systems and HVAC

  • Knowledge regarding Substations, Distribution Board, Lift, Solar and Generator Installation and Commissioning

• Oversee and manage MEP related works in construction projects from start to finish.

• Supervise on-site MEP related activities.

• Ensure work is executed according to approved designs and drawings.

• Manage the site and coordinate with personnel, workers, and subcontractors.

• Monitor site progress, labor productivity, and material usage.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes to maintain a safe work environment.

• Ensure proper installation of fixtures, fittings, and finishes.

• Verify alignment, levels, and finishing quality.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Maintain drawings, work schedules, and site registers.

• Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality and workmanship.
